FAQs

Q: Are the topical creams from Infinity Compounding Solutions covered under my Insurance Plan?
A: Most insurance companies cover compounded medications, but each plan is different. Your coverage will be verified and any associated cost will be discussed prior to shipping.

Q: How long does it take to get my prescription?
A: Most compounded creams are created same day and arrive in 2-4 days.

Q: Do I need a prescription?
A: All of our creams require a valid, patient-specific prescription from your Healthcare Provider.

Q: What are the options for a compounded medication?
A: The options are many! Since no two patients are the same, the Healthcare Provider has the flexibility to customize a topical cream just for you. We have a select group of compounds readily available upon request, and your Provider can choose one of them, or create one of their own.  Each patient requires a valid, patient-specific prescription.

Q: How much is the shipping?
A: Your prescription will be rapidly shipped to you free of charge, usually via FedEx on all eligible prescriptions.

Q: I want to take less narcotics. Is this a potential treatment option?
A: Absolutely! We can work closely with your doctor to find the right combination.

Q: I am a Healthcare Provider and I want to know more about this option for my
practice. What can I do?

A: Visit the Contact Us page. We will either send a local Sales Representative to visit you
or send you an Introductory Packet of Information.

Q: How do I properly dispose of unused medications?
A: Visit FDA website (www.fda.gov/ForConsumers/ConsumerUpdates/ucm101653.htm) for more information.

Q: How do I dispose of my sharps?
A: Visit FDA website (https://www.fda.gov/downloads/MedicalDevices/ProductsandMedicalProcedures/HomeHealthandConsumer/ConsumerProducts/Sharps/UCM382005.pdf) for more information.
